StageBugs Playhouse Policies

Welcome to StageBugs Playhouse! We’re thrilled to have your child join us on their theatre journey. Please review our policies below:

1. Registration & Enrollment

   • $29.99 one-time registration fee per student.

   • Covers enrollment processing, welcome materials, and program access.

2. Free Trial Classes

   • One free trial per student.

   • Must be scheduled in advance.

3. Payments & Donations

   • All payments processed securely online.

   • Donations to Brave Beetles are non-refundable and go directly to providing tablets.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

   • Registration fees are non-refundable.

   • Tuition refunds available only up to 7 days before class start.

   • If StageBugs cancels a program, full refund or credit is issued.

5. Attendance & Conduct

   • Regular attendance is expected.

   • Respectful behavior is required.

   • Disruptive students may be removed without refund.

6. Privacy & Safety

   • We safeguard all personal and child information.

   • No student media used without parental consent.

7. Health & Safety

   • Parents must disclose allergies/medical conditions.

   • Sick children should not attend in-person classes.
